Logan Airport Roadway Work Will Temporarily Shift Terminal B Garage Entrance
BOSTON – On Monday morning, April 1, the entrance to the Terminal B Garage at Boston Logan International Airport will be temporarily shifted due to roadwork. Passengers looking to park, as well as limo, taxi and TNC drivers heading to the B pickup lot, will be directed to the new entrance. Staff will be on scene to provide assistance.
Passengers being dropped off or picked up in a private vehicle will still have access to the curb.
This temporary shift of the garage entrance is part of a larger project to redesign Logan’s roadway system, which currently is congested between Terminals A and C during peak hours of operation. Terminal C serves Logan’s busiest carrier JetBlue, and Terminal B serves the airport’s third busiest carrier American Airlines.
Logan’s current roadway system was last updated in the early 2000s. The capital infrastructure will create separate roads for both Terminal B and C, so that traffic from C does not back into other traffic.
