Our goal is to develop and implement diversity initiatives and strategies that align with Massport’s business goals and objectives.
The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion/Compliance’s vision is to inspire an environment where people can bring their whole selves to work and utilize their strengths to best serve Massport’s employees, customers, neighboring communities and stakeholders. We strive to embed diversity, equity and inclusion into our organization’s DNA and provide opportunities to cultivate employee morale and enhance awareness of Massport’s Business Diversity programs and initiatives throughout the organization.
At Massport, we intentionally nurture a culture of belonging within our organization in many ways. We continuously celebrate and respect the individuality of our employees through workforce diversity initiatives such as our cultural awareness programs, Employee Resource Groups, and the DE&I Book and Media Club.
