Public Accessibility Survey
As part of our continuing efforts to provide airport facilities, programs, and services that are accessible to people with disabilities, Boston Logan International Airport is performing a public survey to gather input on the experiences of those with disabilities who have utilized our facilities, programs, and services. The survey will be open March 12th, 2025 to April 9th, 2025.

Real ID
Attention Passengers: Beginning May 7, 2025, all domestic travelers must have a REAL ID to fly. Visit mass.gov/realid or your states motor vehicle agency and upgrade to a REAL ID today.

Framingham Logan Express Location Change
Framingham Logan Express has moved to Natick Mall Garage F. The overnight parking is located at the floors 4, 5 & 6 only. Ticketing for the LEX passengers is located at ground level. Please use the central ramp to access levels 4 through 6.
Logan Express Parking Advisory
Due to demand, parking my be limited at all Logan Express locations.
Passengers are advised to arrange a ride to and from our Logan Express sites before boarding the bus. For more information, please visit: loganexpress.com
