Massport Suspends HOV Service to Woburn in 2021
Woburn Logan Express Bus operations to be temporarily suspended
BOSTON – Due to lower passenger demand, the Massachusetts Port Authority (Massport) will be temporarily suspending Logan Express (LEX) bus service at the Woburn location beginning January 1st, 2021. The last bus from Woburn will run on Thursday, December 31st at 10pm. Drop-off service for passengers from Boston Logan International Airport to Woburn will remain available on an hourly basis each day beginning at 7am through January 4th, 2021.
Transportation assistance from Logan Airport will be provided to passengers who wish to pick up their vehicles at the Woburn LEX lot after January 4th. Additional information will be posted at the terminal curbs and at the information booths.
During this unprecedented period of reduced air travel nationwide, Massport has made adjustments to its high occupancy vehicle (HOV) service. The Peabody and Back Bay services have been suspended since March 2020. LEX service to Braintree and Framingham are running as following schedules:
To Logan Airport: (Daily) Bus Departs @ 2:15 a.m., 3:00 a.m., 3:30 a.m. and every hour on the hour from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
From Logan Airport: (Daily) Bus Departs (Terminal A) every hour on the hour from 7:00 a.m. to Midnight; and 1:15 a.m. (next day).
