For drop-offs, ride-sharing services can drop you off at the Departures level of your airline's terminal. For pickups, follow the signs within the terminal to the designated Central Garage (GTC) on Level 2. Specific instructions may vary slightly, so always check your ride-sharing app for the most up-to-date guidance. 

Taxis are available at designated taxi stands located on the Arrivals level of each terminal. Follow the signage within the baggage claim area to the appropriate location on the terminal curb. 

The Logan Express is a convenient bus service connecting Boston Logan to several suburban locations: Back Bay, Braintree, Framingham, Peabody, and Woburn. You can find routes, schedules, and fare information on our Logan Express page.

Yes, there are several public transportation options to and from Boston Logan International Airport. The MBTA Silver Line SL1 provides free service between South Station and all airport terminals, from the terminal curb.. You can also connect to other MBTA subway lines at South Station.  

Passengers can also take the On-Airport shuttle to connect to the MBTA Blue Line at Airport Station or to the Logan Transportation Dock to the MBTA Water Ferry.

For passenger pick-up, utilizing the Cell Phone Waiting Lot can be a free and efficient option until your party is ready at the Arrivals curb. Yes, Economy Parking offers long-term parking options at a more economical rate. Free shuttle buses run frequently between Economy Parking and all airport terminals. Follow the signs for "Economy Parking."

Yes, several major car rental companies have counters located in the Rental Car Center. Free shuttle buses regularly depart from the Arrivals level of each terminal to transport you to the Rental Car Center. Please follow the signs for "Rental Cars."
