Lost Items at Boston Logan

Please note that items lost at Transportation Security Administration (TSA) security checkpoints, on aircraft, at airline gate boarding areas, or at U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) are not managed by Boston Logan’s Lost and Found Program. See below for lost-and-found contacts for the TSA, CBP and airlines operating at Boston Logan.

Items Left at the Airport

Boston Logan’s Lost and Found Program is operated by Massport’s Aviation Customer Service Department and is a FREE online service. For items lost in public areas at Boston Logan, like a restroom or the Rental Car Center, please fill out the form below.

Be as descriptive as possible when filing your claim and fill out all fields to the best of your ability. Please add details in the additional information box as this will be the one of the key factors in matching your item. If you lost a bag, include the contents inside the bag in the additional information box.

After filling out the form, you will receive a confirmation email about how to track the status of your lost item claim. If you do not receive an email, please file the claim again as there may have been an issue with the email. If you do receive a confirmation email, do not file another claim. Multiple claims for the same item will cause a delay in finding the item.
