Pickup and Drop-Off

If you’ll be picking up passengers at Boston Logan, we encourage you to use our cell phone lot while you wait for your loved ones. We also offer hourly parking and dedicated pickup areas at each terminal curb. Curbside parking is not allowed at any of our terminals.

Boston Logan has a conveniently located cell phone lot. It is a great place to wait for arriving passengers. Read a book or magazine, catch up on your email, and wait for the call that your passengers have arrived, retrieved their baggage, and are on their way to the terminal curb.

Our terminals are less than five minutes away. Follow signs back to Terminals A, B, C or E.

You can also find the cell phone lot by simply following the signs when you arrive at the airport.

Please note that there are no restroom facilities in the cell phone lot.

Cell Phone Lot Guidelines

• 30-minute maximum wait time.
• No unattended vehicles.
• No commercial vehicles.
• No idling.

If you would like to park when picking up or dropping off passengers, Boston Logan has a variety of convenient parking options for you to choose from. All Boston Logan parking areas have both hourly and daily rates.

• Central Parking Garage - Easy access to all terminals.
• Terminal B Parking Garage - Easy access to Terminal B.
• Curbside parking is not allowed at any terminal.
