Lost Items

To inquire about items left at the cruise terminal or onboard the ship, please leave your name, phone number, and a detailed message for our terminal manager at 617-330-1501. Please allow 24 hours for us to research/locate the item(s) and return your call.

Any personal items found inside or outside the cruise terminal will be given to Massport Police. If you have lost something, please call 617-464-8270 Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM until 2:00 PM.

For any items lost while onboard a ship, you must contact the cruise line directly.
