What is Parking PASSport Gold?
Parking PASSport Gold is a premium parking program for frequent travelers who wish to have guaranteed parking at Logan. A proximity card thats no larger than a credit card, Parking PASSport is easy and secure to use.

What are the benefits of Parking PASSport Gold?
As a Parking PASSport Gold card holder not only are you guaranteed parking in designated areas of Central Parking and the Terminal B Garage, but you have easy access in and out of all Logan parking facilities, (except overflow parking), without stopping at a Parking Pay Station. Your receipt is conveniently emailed to you within twenty-four hours.

What is the definition of "guaranteed"?
Parking is guaranteed when the Parking PASSport Gold card is waved in front of the readers in the designated areas of Central Parking and the Terminal B Garage, and as long as the vehicle enters the area designated for Parking PASSport Gold. In the unlikely event we are unable to provide a space, the vehicle will be valet parked at no additional charge. It will be moved to the designated Parking PASSport Gold area when a space becomes available.

For additional information about the guarantee and limitation of liability please refer to section seven of the Terms and Conditions.

How do I get a Parking PASSport Gold card?
Click on the following link and enter the required information. You will be asked to enter your email address, credit card information, and create a login password.

If you currently have a white Parking PASSport card and wish to enroll in the Gold program, please sign in and under "Manage Your Account" click on upgrade to Gold program.

How do I upgrade my white Parking PASSport account to Gold?
If you currently have a white Parking PASSport card and wish to enroll in the Gold program, please sign in and under Manage Your Account click on upgrade to Gold program.

How much does a Parking PASSport Gold card cost?
When you register, the credit card you provide will be charged a $200 fee for a one year enrollment. If you chose to renew your membership in the Parking PASSport Gold program, your credit card will be charged an annual fee each year thereafter you are a member. Currently, the annual fee is $100.

Can the Parking PASSport Gold card be used in all garages and lots?

With a wave of the proxy card in front of the reader, Parking PASSport Gold allows for an easy way in and out of Logans parking garages as well as Terminal E and Economy lots. However, the guaranteed parking area for Parking PASSport Gold card members is only available in designated areas of Central Parking and the Terminal B Garage.

Where are the Parking PASSport Gold designated areas located?
There are two gated Gold parking areas in Central Parking on level 3. You can choose to park in the location that provides you with the best access to your terminal. If your airline terminal is A or E, stay to the right after passing through the entry plaza and travel up the spiral ramp to level 3. For Terminal C, proceed directly across the bridge after the entry area. Proceed to Level 3 and follow the signs to the designated Parking PASSport Gold area.

If you are parking in the Terminal B Garage, before entering the garage stay in the far right lane. Wave your card in front of the reader and park in the designated Gold area on the first level.

Why do I have to wave my card twice in Central Parking?
You are required to wave your card once to enter the general parking area of the garage and once more in the Parking PASSport Gold guaranteed parking location because it is in a gated area and not a dedicated floor of the garage.

Are parking rates for the designated Parking PASSport Gold areas the same as the rest of the garage?
No, the rates are higher because you are guaranteed parking every time you enter the garage.

If I enter Central Parking or the Terminal B Garage using my Parking PASSport Gold card, do I have to park in the designated Parking PASSport Gold area?
You may park in any area of the garage that has space available. However, you will only be guaranteed parking if you enter the designated Parking PASSport Gold location.

Do I need to reserve a space for the Parking PASSport Gold area of the garage?
Reservations are not required for the Parking PASSport Gold guaranteed parking area. However, only a vehicle entering with a Parking PASSport Gold card may park in this location.

If the signs show the garages are full but I have a Parking PASSport Gold card, will I still be sent to overflow parking?
When you are a Parking PASSport Gold card holder you are guaranteed parking; you will not be sent to overflow parking. Show your Gold card to the attendant and continue into the designated area of the garage.

Do I have to register my vehicle to get a Parking PASSport Gold card?
It is not necessary to register your vehicle(s) in the program. However, only one vehicle at a time may be parked in the designated Parking PASSport area of the garage.

When will I receive my new Parking PASSport Gold card?
Your new Parking PASSport Gold card will be sent to you within five business days of registering. If you havent received your new Parking PASSport Gold card within two weeks, please contact parking@massport.com.

How do I activate my new Parking PASSport Gold card?
After you receive your card in the mail, log in to your Parking PASSport Gold card account and click the activation link. Enter your Parking PASSport Gold card number to begin your annual membership.

You will have thirty days from the time you register for membership in the Parking PASSport Gold program to activate your card.

If I'm already a Parking PASSport program member, what happens to my white Parking PASSport card after I receive my Parking PASSport Gold card?
Your white Parking Passport card is valid for thirty days from the time you enroll in the Parking PASSport Gold program or until you activate your Parking PASSport Gold card. During this time you may use the white card to access the designated Parking PASSport Gold area of the Terminal B Garage. When you activate your Parking PASSport Gold card, your white card will be deactivated. If you do not activate your Parking PASSport Gold card during the thirty day period, both cards will be deactivated.

Please note that you can not activate your Parking PASSport Gold card if your car is already in any Logan parking facility and you entered using a white Parking Passport card. This is because only one card can be active at any time and you will need to use your white Parking PASSport card to exit the parking facility.

What credit cards are accepted for payment?
American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

How do I get my credit card receipt?
Your receipt is emailed to the address you provided during enrollment, for each parking transaction within twenty-four hours of leaving the garage.

What if I haven't received my receipt or I need a duplicate?
Please send an email to, parking@massport.com.

If I entered the garage using a Parking PASSport Gold card, do I have to use the exit express lane to leave?
No, you may use any lane to exit.

Can I pay for my Parking PASSport Gold charges using an exit express Parking Pay Station?
The parking pay station is only for paper tickets. If you took a ticket as you entered the garage, you must pay for parking at a Parking Pay Station before returning to your car. Then use the validated ticket to leave the garage via an exit express lane.

If you waved your Parking PASSport Gold card in front of the reader when you entered the garage there is no need to stop at a Parking Pay Station before leaving the terminal.

You must choose one method or the other because you will be unable to take a parking ticket after you have waved your Parking PASSport Gold card in front of the reader.

If I have a Parking PASSport Gold card, can I still pay cash for parking?
No, not if you have parked in the designated Parking PASSport Gold area of the Terminal B Garage.

If you have parked in any other Logan facility and wish to pay cash, take a parking ticket when you enter the garage instead of waving your Parking PASSport Gold card. Remember to keep your parking ticket with you and stop at a Parking Pay Station before returning to your car.

How do I change my user name?
Please send an email to, parking@massport.com. Someone from Parking PASSport Gold Customer Service will contact you within 1  2 business days.

How do I change my email address?
For security reasons we do not allow this change to be done online. Please send an email to, parking@massport.com.

How do I update my account information?
Log in and on your personal account page, click on View/Change Personal Data. Be sure to click on the Save button or your changes will be lost.

What if my Parking PASSport Gold card is lost or stolen?
Report the loss immediately by logging in to your account and choosing this option on your personal account page. You will be responsible for all parking charges and fees related to your Parking PASSport Gold card until you have reported it online as lost or stolen on your personal Parking PASSport Gold account page. Your existing card will be blocked and a new card will be issued. Your credit card will be billed a $5 replacement card fee.

If your card is lost while traveling use a cashiered lane to exit. You will be asked to provide personal and vehicle identification.

What if my Parking PASSport Gold card is damaged?
Report a damaged card by sending an email to, parking@massport.com. Someone from Parking PASSport Gold Customer Service will contact you within 1  2 business days.

How do I renew my Parking PASSport Gold account?
You will receive an email reminder thirty days before your account will expire. Renewal is not automatic. You must log in to your account and chose the renewal option before the expiration date. Once you renew, your existing Parking PASSport Gold card will remain active. You will not receive a new card.

Your account will be automatically canceled if you do not renew within thirty days of the expiration date. If you wish to renew your membership after it has been canceled, you will have to re-enter your personal data and pay the $200 enrollment fee.

How do I cancel my Parking PASSport Gold account?
You may end your enrollment in the Parking PASSport Gold program at any time by choosing this option after logging in to your account. Please note that no part of your enrollment or annual membership fee is refundable.

If I want to re-enroll, can I still use the same email address as my old account?
For security reasons, if you wish to continue using the same address please contact parking@massport.com.
