What is Exit Express?
Exit Express is an automated, easy way to pay for parking that gets you in and out of Logan's garages faster.
When can I begin using Exit Express?
Exit Express is currently available in the garages and Terminal E lots. It is not available in Economy Parking.
Do I have to use Exit Express?
Exit Express is the fastest, most convenient way to pay for parking and reduces the time it takes to exit the garage. All customers who park in one of the airport garages must stop by a Parking Pay Station before returning to their vehicle.
Do I have to keep my parking ticket with me?
Yes, you must take your parking ticket with you. You'll need to prepay before returning to your car. Remember not to fold or bend the ticket.
What if I forget to take my parking ticket with me?
If you forget to take your ticket you will have to exit the garage through one of the cashier staffed exit lanes.
What if my ticket is damaged and or/unreadable?
If your ticket is unreadable, push the "call for assistance" button at the Parking Pay Station (the preferred method). You can also use a cashier staffed exit lane.
What if I lose my parking ticket?
If you lose your parking ticket please proceed to a manned cashier lane. The fee will be calculated based on the time you entered the garage, plus an additional $5 lost ticket charge.
How long do I have to exit the lot once I pay for parking in the main terminal?
The Parking Pay Station ticket and receipt will indicate how much time you have to exit the garage before being assessed an additional fee. Therefore, it is recommended that you wait to pay for parking until right before you return to your car.
Should you exceed the time allotted, the additional balance due will be calculated at the time of exit. You can pay the additional fee by credit card only.
Where are the Exit Express Pay Stations located?
Central Parking Pay Station kiosks are located near the elevator lobbies, walkway level 4.
At Terminal B, Pay Stations are on both the ground and 2nd floors. They are located near the elevators, at the intersection of the walkways that lead to and from the terminal and by the arrival lounge street level doors.
Terminal E Lots 1 & 2 Parking Pay Stations are located on the ground floor, near the arrival lounge doorways.
If I park in the Central Garage, can I pay at a Terminal B or Terminal E Parking Pay Stations?
No. If you have parked in the Central Garage you must pay for parking at a Parking Pay Station located near the elevator lobbies on walkway level 4.
If I park in the Terminal B Garage, can I pay for parking at a Terminal E Lot Parking Pay Station?
No. You must use the Parking Pay Station that is associated with the garage or lot you have parked in.
What methods of payment are accepted at Parking Pay Stations?
The Parking Pay Stations accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and cash. The cash denominations accepted are $1, $5, $10 and $20. Coins are not accepted.
For an even faster transaction, use the smaller credit card only Parking Pay Stations.
Do the Parking Pay Stations accept debit cards?
The machines will accept a debit card as long as there is a Visa or MasterCard logo in the lower right-hand corner. An ATM card (without a logo) will not be accepted.
What if I have a question while using Exit Express?
All Exit Express machines feature an assistance button for customers who may have a question during their transaction.
