If you have a question or concern about aviation-related noise at Boston Logan, please complete our online form.

You may also call Massport's Noise Complaint Line at (617) 561-3333. This line is staffed by Massport's Noise Abatement Office from 6:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on business days.

Callers during off hours, weekends and holidays may leave a message for the Noise Abatement staff or, if you prefer to talk to a human being, you may hold for the Massport Operations Center. Someone from the Operations Center will log your question or complaint and forward to the Noise Abatement Office for follow up.
