Noise Complaints by Community

Each month, the Massport Noise Abatement Office (NAO) staff documents noise line complaints by obtaining information from the caller about the nature of the complaint, time of the occurrence, location of caller's residence and the activity that was disturbed. The NAO tracks complaints by community and by caller, that is now charted on a monthly basis. The most recent tabulation of results is provided below.
