Lost and Found

Boston Logan's 'Lost and Found' program is operated by the Massachusetts Port Authority, Public Services Department. This program is for lost items found in public areas of the terminals.

Please note that items lost in the TSA checkpoints, on aircraft, airline gate boarding areas, or Customs and Border Protection are not managed by the Boston Logan Lost and Found Program.  See below for lost and found contacts for TSA, Customs and Border Protection and airlines operating at Boston Logan.

Use the menu below to review the airport's found items inventory. If you don't see your item in our database you may report a lost item.

You can also call (617) 568-7514 and leave a message regarding your lost item. Your call will be researched and if your item is located, you will be contacted to arrange for pick up at the Lost and Found Office located at the departure’s level between Terminals B and C, across from the Airport’s Administration Briefing room.

For items lost within Customs and Border Protection, please contact CBP at (617) 568-1810.
