Dropping Off Passengers

If you are dropping off passengers, follow Dry Dock Avenue and turn right onto Black Falcon Avenue. Officers will direct you to the passenger drop-off area.

Please arrive at least 2 hours before ship departure to allow ample time to board the shuttle, arrive at Flynn Cruiseport Boston, and go through security.

Picking Up Arriving Passengers

Try our cell phone lot. Flynn Cruiseport Boston's cell phone lot is located a quarter mile from Flynn Cruiseport Boston - Black Falcon Cruise Terminal at 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue just east of the intersection with Tide Street. The lot is open whenever cruises arrive at Flynn Cruiseport Boston for the convenience of disembarking passengers and those picking up at the terminal.

The route from the cell phone lot to the terminal is well marked. Tell your party to call you as they exit the ship—the cell phone lot is only minutes away.

If you are picking up passengers, follow Dry Dock Avenue and turn right onto Black Falcon Avenue. Officers will direct you.

Directions to Flynn Cruiseport Boston's Cell Phone Lot

From the North (South on I-93): 

Take I-93 South. On the expressway downtown, inside the Thomas P. O'Neill Jr. Tunnel, take Exit 23 (Purchase Street). At the top of the ramp, go to the traffic signal and turn left onto Seaport Boulevard. Continue on Seaport Boulevard to the fifth traffic light (this is where Seaport Boulevard becomes Northern Avenue). Continue straight into the Boston Marine Industrial Park, following Northern Avenue to the end. Turn left onto Tide Street, and follow the yellow and blue signs to the cell phone parking lot to 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue.

From the South (North on I-93):

Take I-93 North to Boston. Take Exit 20 to I-90 East/Logan Airport. Once inside the tunnel headed toward Boston Logan, take Exit 25 (South Boston). At the traffic lights, you will be at Congress Street. Continue forward onto East Service Drive. At the next traffic signal, turn right onto Seaport Boulevard. Continue straight ahead—Seaport Boulevard changes to Northern Avenue. Follow Northern Avenue to the end. Turn left onto Tide Street, and follow the yellow and blue signs to the cell phone parking lot to 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue.

From the West (Massachusetts Turnpike, I-90 Eastbound): 

Follow the Massachusetts Turnpike/I-90 East toward Logan Airport. At the I-93 interchange stay in the right lane and enter the Ted Williams Tunnel. From the tunnel, take Exit 25 (South Boston). Stay in the left lane as you exit the tunnel and turn right onto Congress Street. Continue forward onto B Street. At the next signal, turn right onto Seaport Boulevard. Continue straight ahead—Seaport Boulevard changes to Northern Avenue. Follow Northern Avenue to the end. Turn left onto Tide Street, and follow the yellow and blue signs to the cell phone parking lot to 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue.

From Boston Logan International Airport (Ted Williams Tunnel/Massachusetts Turnpike/I-90 Westbound):

When exiting Boston Logan, follow signs to enter the Ted Williams Tunnel (pay toll). From the tunnel, take Exit 25 (South Boston). Stay in the right lane as you exit the tunnel. Turn right onto Congress Street, and then cross over Congress Street onto B Street. At the next signal, turn right onto Seaport Boulevard. Continue straight ahead—Seaport Boulevard changes to Northern Avenue. Follow Northern Avenue to the end. Turn left onto Tide Street, and follow the yellow and blue signs to the cell phone parking lot to 22 Fid Kennedy Avenue.
