Fast Lane, sponsored by Banknorth, is available on the Tobin Memorial Bridge. For added ease and safety, Massport has equipped all seven lanes on the Tobin to read transponders, allowing Fast Lane subscribers to utilize any tollbooth marked "all vehicles". Effective - Revenue Date April 4, 2004. Resident Commuter Permit Tolls payable by electronic toll collection only. **Class 1 Tolls payable by electronic toll collection shall be discounted by $.50.Motor Vehicle Description determined by type of registration (Massachusetts vehicles) or by image and/or type of vehicle (non-Massachusetts vehicles).
